Your photographer and your right-hand-man!
With almost a decade of professional photography experience and three years of wedding experience, I know how to have your back every step of the way! A wedding party member has a dress zipper break or a button falls off a jacket in the midst of getting ready? No problem, I have safety pins and a sewing kit! Your new shoes giving up blisters after tearing it up on the dance floor? All good, I have Band-Aids! I’ve never used eyelash glue on my eyes, but I have used it to keep a bride's dress straps up. Need a breather from the bustle of the day? I'll lead you to a quiet spot where you can have some time to connect with your partner. Life happens and I’m there to document it AND help problem solve so you can enjoy your day.
I'm here to document your day, YOUR way. Having more guests doesn't mean you need to sacrifice the intimacy of smaller weddings or follow a certain set of traditions (cannoli filling instead of cake cutting anyone!?).
FAQ
We're not comfortable in front of the camera, how do you approach that?
Being nervous or feeling awkward going into a photo experience is SO common! Starting with your inquiry, my process is designed so we can get to know each other so things can feel as comfortable as possible.
Even during the more formal portrait parts of the day, I use a lot of movement based prompts and really pay attention to what feels genuine to you to capture authentic photos.
How do you keep our photos safe?
Keeping your memories safe is extremely important to me! As I'm photographing you, the photos are being saved onto two memory cards simultaneously. Once I'm home, I backup your photos onto two hard drives. I also upload wedding and elopement photos to a private online service.
Do you travel?
Yes! My home base is in Maine but I love to explore new places and I have systems in place to ensure you have a seamless experience no matter where your love story takes you.
When should I reach out to book?
I recommend reaching out ASAP! My books are currently open for 2025 and 2026.
Elopements and weddings start booking out 12-18 months in advance HOWEVER I do still have some room for a couple more this year and next!
Even if you have a last minute request, I would still love to hear from you! It's possible your date is still open.
